Your new role: As a Clinical Nurse in our Surgical Care Unit, you will be pivotal in managing and delivering specialist nursing care for patients with complex surgical needs. You will practice autonomously while providing clinical leadership, coordinating care, and supporting quality and safety standards. Your role includes mentoring nursing staff, contributing to education and research, and driving continuous improvement within the service.
