What will you be doing? You’ll be joining a well-known ASX-listed company’s reward team, reporting to a Head of Rem who’s not only experienced but genuinely invested in developing their people. Day-to-day, you’ll cover the essentials – reward reviews, benchmarking, and supporting line managers – but this role goes beyond the basics. You’ll get exposure to a strategy refresh, plus the chance to cut your teeth on board papers if you’re ready for a stretch. What background do you have? If you’ve got 5 years of corporate reward experience under your belt – job evaluations, benchmarking, rem reviews – and people often comment on your relationship skills, then you’ll fit right in.
