The Role Genus Infrastructure are looking for an experienced Storeperson within the Powerline Industry for an exciting new position. Material Receipt: Inspect, verify, and document incoming materials against delivery notes to ensure accuracy and quality. Inventory Management: Organize and store materials in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly depot. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and distributions using [specify system, e.g., manual logs or inventory software]. Material Distribution: Coordinate and issue materials to project teams as per requirements, ensuring timely availability. Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of materials. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure basic maintenance and cleanliness of depot tools and equipment used for material handling. Reporting: Provide regular updates on inventory status and report any discrepancies or issues to the project supervisor.
