About the Role An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a highly regarded builder specialising in boutique luxury apartment developments across Sydney. You’ll be part of a close-knit team known for delivering high-quality residential projects with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages, contracts, and procurement schedules. Handle variations, progress claims, RFI’s, and associated documentation. Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor budgets, schedules, and financial performance. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery. Ensure compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and safety requirements. Contribute to ongoing improvements in project systems and processes. Skills & Experience 3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential or mixed-use construction. Experience on boutique or high-end apartment projects highly regarded. Strong commercial and contractual understanding. Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management and cost control software. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
