A Site Manager/ Foreman is sought by an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder, to manage a $3 million education construction project in Western Sydney, commencing in November. Opportunity: Working for an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder on retail, commercial and government construction projects from $1 million to $30 million Initial project is a $3 million school new build/ extension, working around a live operating environment. Three further education projects have been awarded and will commence in staggered starts over the next 6 - 8 months. You will be managing all trades and reporting to a Project Manager $160k to $180k package Long term permanent opportunity Western Sydney based site(s).
