Job Description About the role: We’re looking for passionate, energetic and service-minded part-time Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team across restaurant, bar, room service and banquet/conferencing operations. As part of our F&B team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey — from welcoming guests and taking orders, to ensuring every dish and drink is served with care and attention to detail. Key responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Support the daily operations across our restaurant, bar, room service and banquet spaces. Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling. Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment in line with food safety standards. Set up, reset and assist with functions and events as required. Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing laws. Ensure a strong awareness of and compliance with food health and safety laws, regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Provide friendly, professional and efficient service, ensuring every guest leaves with a great impression.
