Job Description We are looking for a proactive and committed Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee the seamless and efficient management of the Cliveden Bar & Dining & assisting with Sanctum HQ (Melbourne’s ultimate members’ club for exclusive experiences) while consistently delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. You're responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): You will form part of the Food & Beverage management team providing ongoing support, training and development to team members. Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controls. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members which a particular focus on ensuring we maintain brand standards and cultivate an upselling culture. Prepare, manage and assist in facilitating event operational requirements. Prepare and manage team members for a smooth operation. Ensure rosters have adequate number of team members for future events. Effectively handle guest feedback and provide a prompt positive outcome.
