We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and delivering an exceptional dining experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping the menu, mentoring the team and ensuring smooth and high-quality service from day one. Work alongside and support the Head Chef in overseeing daily BOH operations. Lead, train and inspire the team to deliver consistent quality and excellence. Support kitchen operations by managing resources and controlling costs Support menu execution and contribute to creative seasonal updates. Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards. Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless service. What do you need? Previous experience as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a premium, high-volume venue. Proven ability to lead, inspire and mentor a kitchen team. Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage food costs whilst maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Passion for Eastern Mediterranean cuisine that translates to a memorable dining experience.
