Following strategic growth in the commercial sector, we’re now seeking a passionate and commercially astute Commercial Account Manager to join their NSW team. The Opportunity As Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of key commercial and construction accounts across NSW — including major Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, contractors, and specifiers — driving sales, project success, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving a state revenue target of approximately $10M, while developing a strong pipeline of projects across health, education, and social housing sectors. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, specifiers, and end users. Drive project-based sales from design and specification through to delivery. Collaborate closely with internal project coordinators to meet customer requirements and expectations. Actively contribute to business development strategies across commercial segments. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and within industry groups. Utilise CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting. Mentor and collaborate with interstate colleagues to share expertise and insights. Who are you? Proactive, career-focused sales professional who thrives in a technical, relationship-driven environment. Proven B2B sales experience in building products, flooring, wall linings, plumbing, or similar sectors. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders. Experience managing high-value accounts or projects in construction or design. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. A self-starter attitude with the confidence to drive strategic growth. Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft tools. Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally (approx. every 6 weeks).
