In this role you will lead the events ales across two of our best venues, reporting directly to our group operations and be across the process from inquiry to negotiations and ensuring seamless transition through the co-ordination and briefing the operations teams. This role needs a tenacious and driven sales pro who loves to take on a challenge and achieve goals. Working in a dynamic environment with a growing and driven team and engaging the local community. Your experience will include: 3-5 years in a similar role managing events sales processes in a higher turnover or group setting Have extremely good communication skills when dealing with staff, management and clients Experience with putting together proposals and negotiating terms Good experience with staff briefings, run-sheets and incredible time management skills Ability to cost and report events under budget constraints Experience in managing people and are a passionate leader Good co-ordination skills with an with strong organisational skills Dedication to exceeding client expectations Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanour at all times On offer is a very balanced roster with mostly daytime hours!
