The department’s Shared Services Hub is at the forefront of service delivery under the Whole-of-Government Shared Services Program. The Shared Services Hub is committed to delivering effective and efficient payroll services in line with Service Level Agreements negotiated with each client agency. About the Role The Hub delivers the following functions: payroll delivery, client engagement, Aurion systems administration, Hub project management and delivery, and assurance. Process a range of tasks related to the delivery of payroll and conditions of service. Complete payroll transactions and related correspondence in accordance with the fortnightly payroll cycle. Understand and apply relevant APS legislation and terms and conditions. Provide clear, comprehensive, and accurate verbal and/or written advice to stakeholders. Maintain data in the Aurion payroll system and other platforms as required. Our Ideal Candidate Ability to work in a team environment across the Hub.
