The opportunity Due to WK’s continued growth, this newly created role will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for legal administrative roles across all WK offices, while also driving recruitment for junior to intermediate shared services positions in IT, Finance, Marketing, Digital Enablement and more. You’ll be the first point of contact for many candidates, championing WK’s brand, values and employee experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Beyond day to day recruitment, you’ll also contribute to exciting firmwide projects from secondment planning and workforce design, to recruitment marketing, process improvement, and assisting in building out WK’s recruitment employer brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves recruitment but also wants exposure to strategic projects and employer branding, with the support of a collaborative People & Culture team who embraces technology, drives efficiencies, and constantly looks for smarter, more innovative ways of working A taste of what you’ll be doing Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for legal administrative and junior-intermediate shared services roles.Partnering with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies and create engaging, brand-aligned job ads.Driving direct sourcing campaigns and proactively building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and other channels.Creating polished recruitment content, position descriptions and marketing collateral that reflect our brand and EVP.Championing an exceptional candidate experience through timely, respectful and transparent communication.Supporting recruitment of senior shared services roles and broader people projects alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager and P&C Director.Owning and updating WK’s national position description and recruitment collateral library.Supporting data, reporting and supplier management across the TA function. You’ll thrive in this role if you are An experienced recruiter with minimum 2 years’ end to end recruitment experience, ideally within legal, professional services or agency environments recruiting similar roles.Confident managing stakeholders and guiding them on recruitment best practice.Demonstrated experience in interviewing using behavioural and technical questions.Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word is essential.Experience in running training, briefings and coaching sessions with Hiring Managers to support them in managing recruitment processes.Demonstrated ability to negotiate offer processes and present salary recommendations to executive leadership and hiring managers.Skilled in direct sourcing, candidate pipelining and storytelling to bring an EVP to life.Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while keeping stakeholders engaged.A strong communicator with an eye for detail, branding and creating polished candidate facing content.Curious, tech-savvy and excited about embedding AI and smarter tools into recruitment.A team player who takes pride in delivering great outcomes and building strong relationships with candidates, colleagues and the market.
