About the Roles We are looking for two experienced People and Culture Coordinators to join our team, each bringing their unique focus while collaborating closely across all P&C functions. These roles offer the chance to broaden your P&C skills and contribute to meaningful outcomes in a purpose-driven organisation. One position will focus on recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The other will support key HR projects, including assisting with the rollout and optimisation of our new ERP system with Technology One. Both roles will be involved in general People and Culture activities, supporting the entire employee lifecycle and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment activities including drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. Project Support & ERP Implementation: Assist with P&C projects, provide support during the ERP system rollout through testing, training coordination, and user support Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle contract changes, probation support, and offboarding processes accurately and efficiently. Employee Support: Serve as a first point of contact for P&C enquiries, providing clear and timely advice while escalating complex issues appropriately. Culture & Engagement: Help deliver engagement and wellbeing initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. P&C Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate HRIS data and documentation, ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation, and assist with audit preparations. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a capable and motivated P&C professional who brings: Demonstrated experience across the employee lifecycle, particularly recruitment, P&C operations and P&C project support. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence supporting employees at all levels. Experience with HRIS platforms and understanding of compliance requirements. A collaborative mindset with the initiative to identify and suggest improvements. Enthusiasm for contributing to broader P&C projects and organisational goals. Why Join UAC?
