About the Role We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who will design and deliver a company-wide learning strategy that empowers growth and performance. From onboarding to leadership programs, you’ll be the architect of initiatives that equip our teams with the skills they need today, and tomorrow. How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver a scalable L&D strategy aligned to business goals Build and run impactful programs across Sales, CX, Leadership, and onboarding Create blended learning experiences using workshops, e-learning, coaching, and innovative tools Launch leadership development initiatives to grow our future leaders Coach and guide SMEs to translate expertise into effective training content Own the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth adoption and meaningful reporting Track ROI and report on program effectiveness, constantly improving learning outcomes Who We’re Hoping to Find 8–10 years of progressive L&D experience, with strong strategic and program delivery skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field Proven success designing and implementing high-impact L&D initiatives for Sales, CX, and leadership In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and LMS management Excellent facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Analytical and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement Bonus Points For Experience in FX Brokerage, Financial Services, or Fintech A Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology or related field Certifications in coaching, instructional design, or assessment tools
