This role is primarily based at our Corporate North Geelong Store, with occasional travel required to support the refurbishment or setup of new stores as needed. This is a hands-on, hybrid role with plenty of variety—perfect for someone who has had some experience in supermarkets and loves being on the move, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in the world of retail merchandising. What you’ll be doing: Merchandising Standards – Keep shelves, displays, and promotional areas fully stocked, attractive, and customer-ready. Store Layouts & Planograms – Help implement floorplan changes, organise fixtures, and bring new layouts to life. Food Safety & Stock Rotation – Maintain high standards by following FIFO, ensuring fresh stock and no out-of-date products. Promotions & Pricing – Set up promotional displays, update signage, and ensure accurate pricing. Seasonal Campaigns – Work with our marketing and sales teams to deliver product launches and seasonal campaigns. Network Projects – Travel across our network for grocery relays, store remodels, and new site openings. Category Reviews – Refresh seasonal beverage fridges and grocery categories to keep our range exciting. Reporting & Training – Capture compliance photos, complete reports, and share feedback with store teams. Coaching – Train store staff on merchandising best practices when needed.
