Hospitality Trainer – Casual/Contract Location: Geelong - Some travel required Eclipse Education (RTO 32252) We are a Registered Training Organisation seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Trainer to join our team. The role primarily involves delivering: Food Handling courses Barista courses RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) We are also open to discussing opportunities for you to deliver additional programs such as First Aid/CPR and White Card if you hold the relevant qualifications. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training sessions Assess students against competency standards in line with RTO requirements Provide support and guidance to learners to ensure successful outcomes Maintain accurate training and assessment records Requirements Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – essential Vocational competencies and/or qualifications in: Hospitality (e.g., Food Handling, Barista, RSA) Additional areas (e.g., First Aid, White Card) – highly regarded Current industry currency and experience in hospitality Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to engage with learners of diverse backgrounds What We Offer Flexible delivery opportunities (classroom, workplace, online/virtual) Supportive RTO team and resources Opportunity to expand into other accredited and non-accredited programs If you are passionate about sharing your skills and supporting learners to succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
