Role DescriptionWe’re currently hiring for a Senior OT position (or an experienced OT ready to transition into senior practice within 6 months). This role includes:Supporting a varied caseload of neurodivergent children, teens and/or adultsLeading, mentoring and coaching early-career cliniciansContributing to clinical systems, culture projects and service developmentCollaborating closely with the Director to shape practice-wide initiativesWorking flexibly - including a dedicated weekly admin day that’s fully remoteYou’ll have the option to shape this role to your strengths and goals—whether that’s purely clinical senior OT work, or branching into special projects, program development or supervision.
