Regional Business Manager – Drive Success with APCO Based in Geelong, Victoria | Full-Time | Permanent Role Are you a strategic leader with a passion for retail operations, food, coaching, and business growth? APCO Service Stations is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Manager to champion our brand across multiple sites and drive partner success. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to consultant and trusted advisor for our retail partners — helping them grow profitability, elevate their food and café offers, execute local marketing, and bring APCO’s vibrant brand and culture to life in-store. Reporting to the Lead Regional Business Manager, you’ll coach our Network on best practices, ensure operational excellence, and support ongoing compliance with APCO’s high standards. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing expert operational support to APCO retail partners Coaching and mentoring partners on business planning, sales growth, and local marketing Supporting and strengthening our food and café categories as a key growth area for APCO Monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company standards Promoting a strong APCO brand culture across all sites Driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ experience in a senior retail, hospitality, or business management role Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Hospitality, Retail or Food Safety Demonstrated experience and/or passion for food retailing and food service innovation Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple sites (interstate travel required) and stakeholders Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills Expertise in Food Safety, OHS and retail operational compliance A coaching mindset with a passion for people and performance Please note, travel will form a large part of this role, both regionally and interstate (NSW and SA) Our Values APCO is a values-driven organisation and everything we do reflects the APCO Cultural Drivers: Genuine – We act with good intent and keep it real.
