Join our growing team at BONDI BORN in Marrickville. You’ll work in our combined studio and warehouse, helping manage our customer service and order fulfilment functions for both eCommerce and wholesale orders. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person with at least 1 year’s of experience in a similar role. Or two eager university students who can commit to 3 days per week as permanent part-time employees. Key Responsibilities CUSTOMER SERVICE Use Gorgias customer service platform to manage all customer emails and inquiries. Learn about our products and consult with the internal team to answer customer queries about garments and provide recommendations. Resolve delivery issues, returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with eComm team to ensure customer service information on our website is accurate and up to date. Report back to team on common issues and customer feedback. PICK AND PACK Pick, pack and ship daily customer orders. Book couriers and manage international shipping paperwork. Accurately process returns and exchanges. Help manage casual assistants during peak periods. WAREHOUSE ADMIN AND INVENTORY Help with regular stocktakes. Keep track of packaging supplies and ensure they are reordered as needed. Assist with packing wholesale orders (4 times per year). Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Use internal systems (Shopify, Apparel Magic, The Iconic) to update stock. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must be able to work on regular weekdays over the Christmas and New Year period (excluding public holidays). Strong written and verbal English communication. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Able to lift boxes (up to 25kg) and use a warehouse ladder. Positive team player with good time management. Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills. Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position. WHO THIS WOULD SUIT Full-time role: Early-career professionals or recent grads.
