Key Responsibilities: Book and manage full-cycle sea freight operations (FCL, LCL, import/export). Communicate and liaise with clients, shipping lines, transport operators and overseas agents. Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively. Monitor shipments, update systems, and ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal SOPs. Advanced use of CargoWise. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Assist other departments and support team development as needed. Requirements: Minimum 3 years freight forwarding experience. In-depth knowledge of international shipping practices, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office. Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
