S upply Operations Analyst /Specialist Location: Martin Place, Sydney Salary Range: $100K - $130K Super About the Company Our client is a subsidiary of a major global energy and petroleum enterprise headquartered in the Middle East . The company is expanding its aviation fuel operations in Australia, supplying jet fuel to airports and airlines while ensuring high operational reliability and compliance with international standards. About the Role This position is ideal for a hands-on and analytical professional with a strong background in supply chain coordination, reporting, and data analysis . Working in a small Sydney-based team, you will support the end-to-end movement of jet fuel—from import terminals to airports—while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all logistics and reporting processes. The role requires someone with a strong sense of ownership , capable of multitasking and taking initiative in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with the Regional Development Manager and liaise regularly with global offices in the UK and the Middle East . Key Responsibilities Coordinate the supply and logistics of jet fuel deliveries to airports. Manage inventory tracking, stock reconciliations, and supplier invoicing. Prepare ATO and compliance reports, monthly supply forecasts, and performance reports. Collaborate with airlines, logistics partners, and government bodies to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply. Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial accuracy. Communicate with the UK head office and regional teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting. Key Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and data management skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of reconciliations. Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or energy/fuel operations preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. IT-savvy, proactive, and adaptable in a small-team environment. High attention to detail, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
