Supporting our Head of Talent and People and Culture Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to be hands on supporting, co-ordinating, and onboarding a large amount of new starters, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment. About the RoleYou will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process supporting recruitment hubs, shortlisting, screening and interview setups with relevant hiring managers. You will be the contact point for recruitment questions and queries, while also supporting with the administration and roll out and delivery of pre-employment training programs, site inductions and onboarding of our new Placemakers. This role includes onsite visits to support volume recruitment activities and manage general recruitment queries. It’s ideal for someone with prior recruitment experience or a recent HR graduate ready to launch their career.
