This 12-month fixed-term role is for someone with a genuine passion for human-centred change, engagement and communications and a chance to shape the growth of our people at scale. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for Workday implementation. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations. Collaborate with functional teams to understand Workday design and translate it into user-friendly communications. Design and deliver engaging presentations, visual materials, and communication assets to support change initiatives. Assist in the creation of engagement presentations, using video and with Workday processes. Monitor feedback and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement. Coordinate with Change and Communications leads to ensure alignment across messaging and delivery. About You Experience in change management within large-scale technology implementations, preferably Workday. Strong understanding of Workday design principles and business process transformation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and visual design tools. Ability to produce engaging video content and visual assets to support change communications. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging formats for diverse audiences. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is desirable. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (desirable).
