As the Principal Human Resource Advisor you will provide direction, support and guidance to the team to provide quality, customer-focussed, strategic and tactical advice to Corporate Division. You will oversee a business partner service offering, promoting enabling effective contemporary human resource management practices. Some of your responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Manager (HR) to provide direction, support and oversight to build capability and to enable the team deliver their program of work effectively. Direct line management to generalist HR professionals. Provide strategic and tactical HR advice and support including complex case management, change management and in the preparation of correspondence and briefing notes.
