Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across a large, high-profile government program. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the primary HR contact supporting a broad portfolio of executive and specialist appointments. Working closely with external recruitment partners and senior leaders, you’ll deliver compliant, efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes that strengthen the organisation’s workforce capability and future talent pipeline. Rate: Circa $77.02 per hour super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract: 12 months, possibility of extension Key responsibilities Manage external recruitment partners and vendor contracts to ensure compliance, performance and value-for-money. Train and coach hiring managers on recruitment tools, processes and best practice. Build strong relationships with executives, hiring leaders and providers. Produce reports and dashboards to track recruitment performance and insights. Coordinate resources and timelines to meet recruitment and project objectives. Oversee HR system onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and candidate care. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across recruitment and onboarding. Prerequisites / Desirables 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end recruitment (executive level) in government or similar complex environments. Proven influencing and stakeholder engagement skills with Executive and Senior Leaders. Meticulous documentation and reporting; strong problem-solving in fast-paced settings. Sound knowledge of public sector policies, procedures and legislative requirements; ability to apply HR frameworks effectively.
