Provide accurate and authoritative advice to the branch on all matters relating to the administration and management of human resources functions, budgetary and financial resources.  Coordinate recruitment and selection processes and work collaboratively with senior officers in relation to the management of staff establishment and payroll maintenance.  Develop, implement, and monitor Return to Work (RTW) plans in accordance with legislative requirements and maintain high level of confidentiality.  Contribute to the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and human resources management reports including fortnightly payroll and establishment reports, to allow informed decision making.  Assist with the case management of employees with medical concerns including Workplace Health and Safety issues.  Review correspondence for the branch ensuring compliance with departmental visual and style guides, maintaining consistency with format, structure and protocols.  Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence and briefing papers in response to Ministerial, departmental, and external requests.  Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. About You  Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.  Great communication skills and the ability to navigate complex HR issues with various stakeholders.  Strong collaborator and works effectively within a team, while also confident to work autonomously.  Strong organisational and time management skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication.
