About you We are searching for someone who has: High level of political astuteness and ability to manage contentious and complex issues with sensitivity, diplomacy and discretion. Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders including business and technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of complex enterprise corporate solutions and the ability to use this knowledge to develop audience appropriate communications for stakeholders at the highest levels. Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Service Operations and their practical uses in the context of service delivery of complex systems responsible for delivery of a multi-billion-dollar budget.
