We are seeking experienced, friendly and motivated Payroll & Officer to join our passionate and close-knit team where your skills make a real impact. In this part-time Temp position (3-4 days per week), you’ll work closely with both the HR and Finance teams. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly and fortnightly payroll across multiple states using MicrOpay Assisting with month-end reporting, reconciliations and payroll tax Interpreting differing EBA's and Awards Setting up new starters within the payroll system, as well terminations Coordinate all aspects of Workcover administration – from lodgement to reconciliations Provide day-to-day support to both HR and Finance teams on payroll, employee records, reporting, and compliance Assist with employee queries, fleet documentation, and system access support (ConnX) What You Bring: Solid experience in payroll processing, with a focus on detail and accuracy Strong Excel skills and confidence managing data and reporting If you would like to know more, please contact Haroula on 0435 823 841 for a confidential discussion, or press the apply now button to register your interest.
