Our Finance team is looking for a Controller. What awaits you? You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling activities, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards to communicate KPIs and performance insights to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, challenge assumptions, and drive cost optimisation initiatives. You will help maintain accurate financial models, cost allocations, and standard operating procedures. You will participate in ad-hoc analyses and special projects that support strategic decision-making. You will contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed of financial reporting. You will learn and apply BMW Group Controlling standards and tools as part of your development. What should you bring along? Qualifications - Degree/s in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and a detail-oriented approach. Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup/xlookup, dashboards) and data visualisation basics. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and key economic indicators. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment. 3-5 years experience in accounting, controlling, or finance. What do we offer?
