What you'll do Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for all team members Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Clerks and Call Centre Awards, and legislation Administer PAYG, superannuation, Single Touch Payroll and reimbursements Maintain accurate employee records, leave accruals and entitlements Reconcile payroll with Finance, support audits and reporting Look for ways to improve accuracy, efficiency and automation Partner with Finance and People & Culture to align payroll with workforce changes What You Bring 5 years of payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth environment Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance Proficiency in Xero or Rippling Advanced Excel and reporting skills - bonus points for bring AI prowess with you.
