We’re looking for an Asset and Operations Excellence Manager to lead our Asset Management and Banking & Receipting teams, while driving smarter ways of working through automation, AI and process improvements . Reporting to the National Manager, Customer Solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor or team leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. About the role In this pivotal leadership role, you will: Lead and support a team of 13 people, helping them deliver great results while growing their own capability. Drive improvements in the way we work, using technology, automation and AI to create efficiencies and improve customer experience. Oversee the lifecycle of financed assets, from location and repossession through to remarketing. Manage secure and accurate customer payments, reconciliations and banking processes. Work with colleagues across NFS to deliver projects and new solutions that enhance the customer journey. Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to deliver on service and operational targets. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls while monitoring KPIs. About you We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in leading teams in financial services, asset finance, or a related operations environment. Familiar with payment operations, reconciliations or asset management processes. Passionate about continuous improvement, with exposure to technology and automation projects. A confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across all levels. Strong in problem-solving and organising work, with an eye for detail and improvement opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using finance systems or workflow tools. A degree in Business, Commerce or Finance is a bonus, but not essential if you bring relevant experience and a strong learning mindset. Why Join Us?
