Skills and Experience Coordinate and support events including internal and external functions, professional association attendance, and logistics management. Assist in the development of business communications such as tender responses, presentations, training materials, and provide high-level administrative support. Create and manage digital content for the VGSO website and intranet, including drafting updates and maintaining consistency with branding and style guidelines. Support marketing and communications activities including layout, copywriting, proofreading, and production of materials such as newsletters, invitations, and promotional collateral. Maintain visual assets including the photo and image library, coordinate staff photo shoots, and provide guidance on branding, photography, and document styling.
