This organisation is currently undertaking a significant ERP transformation, implementing Yardi to enhance its property and investment management capability. About the Role This is an 18-month fixed-term contract role based in Melbourne CBD with flexible hybrid working arrangements. Occasional interstate travel may be required. Reporting into the IT Manager, you will lead the change management, communications, and training strategy for the ERP implementation. This role will be pivotal in driving business readiness, managing resistance, and ensuring smooth adoption across internal teams and external partners. You will design and deliver communication plans, facilitate training sessions, and act as the key bridge between the project team and end-users, ensuring stakeholders at all levels are engaged, informed, and equipped for success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management and communications strategies aligned to ERP objectives; Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for internal staff and external partners; Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking to monitor progress; Drive adoption through workshops, roadshows, and feedback loops across the organisation; and Partner closely with IT, consultants, and business leaders to integrate change activities into project delivery. About You To be successful, you will bring: 3 years’ experience in change management, ideally within ERP or property management software environments with knowledge of Yardi (Voyager, Elevate, Investment Accounting, P2P, etc.) highly desirable; Prior experience working within property, real estate or asset or fund management highly advantageous; Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills; Experience delivering training and driving adoption through structured change frameworks; A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups; and Relevant qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, or Change Management (e.g. Prosci, CCMP).
