Description About the opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced Digital Quality Assurance Lead to help shape the future of GMHBA’s digital experience. As part of our collaborative Digital Customer Experience team , you’ll ensure our digital platforms are reliable, intuitive, and deliver exceptional value for members. You’ll play a key role in delivering quality software releases and digital enhancements through hands-on functional, regression, and automation testing. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners, you’ll refine testing requirements, champion QA best practices, and drive continuous improvement. This is a leadership role with 1 direct report. If you bring experience with automation tools such as Selenium or BrowserStack , strong attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in an Agile environment , this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a purpose-led organisation. What You’ll Do Ensure exceptional digital experiences for GMHBA members through thorough testing and quality assurance. Design, execute and automate functional and regression test scripts to support software releases. Collaborate with developers, analysts and product owners to refine requirements and drive continuous improvement. Strengthen our QA automation framework and identify opportunities to boost efficiency. Report on test outcomes and share insights that improve speed, reliability and member experience. Skills And Experiences About You Minimum 3 years’ QA experience, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions. Hands-on experience in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and end-users to build and validate robust test cases. Strong understanding of UI testing frameworks and QA automation tools (Ranorex, Selenium, BrowserStack). Experienced in functional, integration, and regression testing across multiple browsers and devices. Skilled in developing and maintaining test cases using test management software (e.g., TestRail) and managing tasks through tools like JIRA or DevOps. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly report test outcomes and collaborate across teams.
