About the role The Project Manager leads collaborative teams to deliver a range of projects that meet critical business needs - on time, on budget and aligned with broader strategic objectives. This role bridges planning and execution, ensuring key initiatives such as capital projects and leasing initiatives translate into tangible, value-driven outcomes for the organisation. About the Team This role sits within the Enterprise Change & Workplace Experience Division under our Corporate Services team. This team is responsible for a multi-year workplace investment program to uplift our workplaces to be modern, future fit and accessible, promoting environments that enable performance, motivate people to come together and enhance outcomes for clients You’ll be reporting to and supported by the Senior Project Manager. The team is collaborative, outcome-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality projects that create real value and meaningful change across the organisation. What we’re looking for Proven Project Delivery Expertise Lead important end to end building related capital projects, making sure they’re delivered on time, within budget and meet strategic objectives. You take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle - defining scope, managing stakeholders and ensuring deliverables meet business needs on time and within budget. Your ability to navigate complexity and align execution with strategic goals is key to success in this role. Risk, Change & Stakeholder Management You're confident in identifying and managing project risks, handling change processes, and keeping all stakeholders informed with timely, accurate updates. Your clear communication and proactive problem-solving help maintain momentum and trust throughout the project.
