About the opportunity Working within Strategic Delivery and the Enterprise Delivery division, this role is in the Enterprise Change Management Practice (ECMP). It is a key leadership role responsible for managing the cumulative and collective impact of a portfolio of change so that our people can successfully transition to a new way of doing things. The role leads the change management effort within a designated portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring that change resources are set up to deliver successfully, and that the change management needs of the business are understood and met. Key accountabilities: Lead a high performing team with advanced technical expertise with responsibility for a wide range of deliverables and a strong mandate for supporting change management across the organisation. This includes accountability for individual and team performance and development activities Lead the implementation of change management portfolio practices into ECMP. This includes the pipeline management process, resource management framework, and data-driven insights approaches to inform and influence executive and other leadership strategic decision making Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, work allocation/prioritisation, and capability management of all change managers in the portfolio to meet stakeholder expectations Initiate engagement and consultation with key business and project leaders so that complex organisational change impacts/risks are managed holistically across the portfolio, stakeholder needs are anticipated and met, and critical project targets are met Operate as a trusted advisor and coach to business and project leadership so that changes are effectively sponsored, led, communicated and advocated across the organisation. About you You are an experienced change practitioner with demonstrated experience leading teams of change management experts. Furthermore, you will also possess: An ability to consult and negotiate with senior leaders within the organisation to solve complex challenges Experience developing change management strategies that consider organisational level change management enablers Proven ability to utilise data to produce insights that allow our people to transition more effectively through change Knowledge of best practice change management methods, frameworks, tools, and practices Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Change Management, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or Psychology are preferred Change Management Certification (Prosci preferred).
