We’re looking for a Lead Optical Dispenser with strong retail management skills for Leopold location to partner with our Location Manager, drive practice performance, and coach a high-performing Eye Care team. Why this role? This is more than dispensing — it’s retail leadership with impact. You’ll: Deliver expert advice on optical dispensing and product selection Take ownership of day-to-day retail operations and team development Ensure a seamless customer journey from prescription to fitting Lead in stock management, supplier relations, and retail administration Skills And Experiences What we’re looking for: Qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent retail/optical experience Strong retail management and customer service background Proven team leadership skills and a hands-on coaching style Cert IV in Optical Dispensing (or willingness to complete within 18 months – we’ll support you!)
