10th September, 2025 We’re seeking a Property Management Team Leader to guide, mentor, and inspire our high-performing Property Management team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your sole focus is to provide support and guidance to your team. We are seeking a experienced, knowledgeable and approachable team leader to lead a team of 12, reporting into the Department Manager. What you’ll be doing Mentor, train, and support a team made up of; Property Managers, Property Consultants and a BDM Oversee day-to-day property management operations with a focus on quality service and compliance Ensure Rental Providers are kept up to date, arrears are managed, and inspections/reviews are completed on time Represent clients at VCAT hearings and manage tribunal paperwork when required Drive new business opportunities and minimise lost managements Provide hands-on support by covering Property Managers when needed Other ad hoc duties in line with a Team Leader What you’ll bring: Extensive experience in residential Property Management and a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act Prior Team Leader experience in Property Management Strong leadership, mentoring and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle demanding situations professionally High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential) Why MICM?
