The Role The Administrative Officer position is a full-time job and Melbourne based position. As the Administrative Officer of Opulence College, your main job will be to manage student enrolment and act as the first point of contact for current and prospective students. Your role will include but is not limited to: Processing and managing student enrolment Processing agent applications Processing student applications, including applications for assessment extensions, fee payment extensions, and changes to enrolment. Sending class, assessment, and term break reminder emails Recording and following up on student attendance and course progress Managing student enrolment records and student portal using the College’s learner management system Sending class notes summary emails Managing and storing online class recordings Preparing graduation documents and arranging collection Answering student enquiries in person and via phone and email Developing and updating administrative forms and templates Other duties, including campus cleaning and parcel collection Our Ideal Candidate Essential skills and competency Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in person, over the phone and via email Proficient in the use of technology, including software such as Office 365, Zoom, and aXcelerate.
