Position: IT Support Engineer Location: Osborne Park Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 super perks Job Type: Permanent Position Overview: An IT solutions company is looking for a customer service-driven IT Support Engineer. This position will be a combination of remote and onsite support for clients in Perth. This company is committed to set you up from day one. Experienced in providing M365 support for clients. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting. Disaster Backup and Recovery experience (VEEAM, StorageCraft, Shadow Protect). Experience working with VOIP, 3CX. Hardware experience (Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP).
