Perks: Work with an award-winning MSP recognised for excellence in service delivery Exposure to diverse client environments and cutting-edge technologies Collaborative team environment focused on professional development Opportunity to build strong client relationships across multiple sectors Access to comprehensive technology stack and automation tools Professional development opportunities in project management and technical skills Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver technical projects across multiple client environments, ensuring timely and successful completion Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, and Windows Server 2019/2022 infrastructure Implement and support Fortinet security solutions, Veeam backup systems, and Datto platforms Configure and maintain firewalls, networking infrastructure, and automation tools Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with clients via phone and in-person meetings Translate complex technical concepts for non-technically minded customers Respond promptly to service issues and client requests whilst maintaining high service standards Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive IT solutions Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients Manage various types of IT hardware implementations and maintenance Role Requirements: Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent communication abilities with customer-facing experience Proven track record in multi-client environments Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Customer service focused approach with confidence in client interactions Ability to provide technical advice and guidance to clients Proactive mindset with ability to work independently Technical Requirements: Experience with Halo PSA or similar professional services automation platforms Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and management Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 environments Familiarity with Fortinet security solutions and firewall management Knowledge of Veeam backup and recovery solutions Experience with Datto RMM, disaster recovery, and networking solutions Understanding of networking principles, firewall configuration, and security protocols Experience with automation tools and scripting Hands-on experience with various IT hardware implementations We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
