In addition to: Leading the enhancement of the company’s HSE management systems and digital platforms including Myosh, Viking, SharePoint Hub. Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations in partnership with IT and vendors. Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation in collaboration with the Training team. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor HSE performance across all business units. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis. Implement the HSE Assurance Program to ensure systematic evaluation of HSE performance, compliance, and risk controls across the organisation. Develop and maintain system governance frameworks, including user access controls, change management protocols, and compliance checks. Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across all HSE systems BE part of the solution Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience in HSE systems and reporting roles, preferably in the energy, mining, or industrial sectors. Proficiency in HSE software platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
