IT & Digital Systems Coordinator West Perth Monday – Friday Roster Fixed Term Position The company PHI is a global leader in helicopter services. About the role We have an exciting newly established opportunity for an IT & Digital Systems Coordinator to join our dynamic growing team. PHI is currently looking for a quick thinking and committed IT Professional to support system implementation projects and ensure a high level of support to all PHI users in the APAC and EMEA regions. Reporting to the Director, IT - APAC & EMEA you will play a pivotal role in the success of the region’s IT projects and service delivery to all users, while ensuring all document control standards are adhered to Responsibilities of the role include: Assist with the co-ordination and delivery of IT projects. Information Technology Support – Provide support level 2 and 3 support to the IT team to resolve infrastructure or technical issues. Ensure the Content Management System (CMS) is maintained and updated. Ensure that the Company publications are structured in accordance with company standards. Administration of users’ enrolments into key of APAC wide business systems. Collaboratively work with colleagues from across the globe on the developing PHI Digital Workplace. Assist with the development and support of cybersecurity systems for all PHI International users. Report any cybersecurity incidents or occurrences. Comply with any cybersecurity policies and procedures. Actively participate in all cybersecurity activities. Collaboratively work with colleagues and contractors from across the globe to ensure the successful delivery of projects for APAC & EMEA regions. Manage IT project procurement for projects including scheduling of lifecycle replacement of IT infrastructure and user equipment within project schedules. Coordinate with all PHI departments at various levels, including Finance, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Fleet Support & Human Resources, on all project matters. To be considered for this role, you will need: A minimum of three years’ experience in an IT or co-ordination role Previous experience with Component Content Management System software. (Preference given to previous use on Web Manuals). Knowledge on content structure and data cataloguing. Experience administrating Microsoft 365 suite. Experience supporting users and systems within a Microsoft environment Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. Experience in procurement activities and vendor management. About you: A strong work ethic where you are driven to do the best job possible. Ability to handle high and fluctuating workloads.
