We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Global Sales Manager for a highly successful and progressive Manufacturing company predominantly specialising in innovative exhaust, sound suppression, emission and thermal reduction solutions for Heavy Duty Diesel Equipment for the Resources, Power Generation, Transport, Earthmoving and Industrial industries globally. The Global Sales Manager will lead and accelerate the company's sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on driving growth and expanding into international markets. Collaborating closely with regional sales teams, managers, as well as marketing and product development, this role requires effectively navigating diverse market dynamics to achieve sales goals and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and execution of global sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, new opportunities and to drive growth. Assess and pursue new market entry opportunities with effective strategies. Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximise long-term value. Define performance targets and KPIs for regional sales teams and track progress against goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and Enhance sales efficiency by implementing and optimising processes, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with the CFO to forecast, manage, and maximise the return on the global sales budget. Provide senior management with regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives. Engage, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve results across international markets. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline. Extensive experience in sales, including leadership roles. Strong background in international markets and cross-regional exposure. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams. Expertise in designing and executing impactful sales strategies. Skilled in market research, analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. Experience in sales budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation skills. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and credibility. Bilingual skills highly regarded. Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with global clients and partners.
