This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a national sales team, specialising in providing customised fencing solutions to large Tier 1 projects throughout WA. With the head office based in the Perth CBD, the role offers a balance of office-based and on-site work. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and maintaining those relationships throughout the construction process. This role offers autonomy and is well supported by an experienced estimating team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with key clients on large-scale Tier 1 projects across WA. Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical solutions to clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems. Collaborate with the national sales team to share insights and best practices. Key Requirements: Practical mindset with an understanding of site works and project environments. Previous experience in business development, sales, or project management. Comfortable working autonomously and managing time across office and site visits. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel within WA for client visits (approximately 2 days per week).
