Austcorp Executive is partnering with a well-established WA based company, who specialise in high quality fixed plant wear product and fabrication solutions to service the mining and resources sector. We are actively recruiting for a Sales Manager to take ownership of customer engagement, sales development, and commercial growth across the WA market. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new revenue streams, and driving product awareness across the mining and industrial sectors. The Role Proactively build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 miners, OEMs, and fabricators. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wear products, engineered components, and site-based maintenance support. Represent the business at industry meetings, site visits, and technical presentations. Collaborate with the General Manager and technical teams to develop sales strategies and support client-specific solutions. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage the full sales lifecycle. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market feedback to assist with product development and strategic planning. The Requirements Proven experience in technical sales or account management within the mining, industrial, or heavy engineering sectors. Exposure to wear plate, wear components, mining consumables, or fabrication-based services is highly regarded. Strong commercial and customer service orientation with a hands-on and solutions-driven approach. Ability to engage confidently with site-based personnel, maintenance teams, procurement, and project managers. Comfortable managing the full sales process — from prospecting and tendering through to delivery and after-sales support. What’s in It for you?
