About the role As a People Insights Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in the TAC by enabling data-informed decision making by designing, delivering and communicating people data insights, reporting and analytics. This role translates workforce data into meaningful narratives that support strategic workforce planning, enhance employee experience and strengthen organisational performance. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation as a trusted people analytics advisor - driving collaborative problem-solving and delivering actionable insights. Supporting the TAC’s Make Every Day Matter Strategy , along with BAU and ad hoc reporting needs, you will contribute to enterprise-wide planning and initiatives that shape how we make decisions and achieve our strategic goals. What we’re looking for Excel & Systems Proficiency You’re highly skilled in Excel and can confidently work with large data sets. You have a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and genuinely motivated to enhance data capabilities and processes to drive better outcomes. Experience working with SAS is essential. Qlik & Power BI knowledge will be highly regarded. Data Manipulation & Interpretation You’re proficient in interpreting and manipulating data to uncover trends and insights. You excel at transforming complex data into compelling narratives that drive understanding and action across a variety of audiences Stakeholder Engagement & Communication You’re a skilled and confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels.
