You'll be a key part of our boutique hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records
