Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome and farewell all guests with genuine hospitality Maintain a well-organised and efficient host station, ensuring smooth communication with the service team. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests. Keep an up-to-date knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest queries confidently.
