Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This pivotal role oversees the Hotel, Food & Beverage, Elysia Wellness Retreat, Conferencing & Events, Golf, and Body Corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MICE operations with proven leadership across diverse hospitality operations. Please note this role is based in Hunter Valley, NSW. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. Maximise revenue, guest satisfaction, and conference/event business through strategic planning and execution. Develop and mentor high-performing teams to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Maintain operational standards, oversee body corporate matters, and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Collaborate with commercial functions including marketing, sales, revenue management, and digital strategy to drive growth.
